Soon, we will be uploading photos from this year’s Wise Earth: Art & Land in Texas exhibition online. We took several photos of the installation. Also, we will be publishing an online exhibition catalog, which will be available for free download in PDF format by March 12, 2012.

We had such fun at the private opening—a special thanks to all the artists in attendance, and guests for enlivening conversation and sharing art. Thank you for making the first annual Wise Earth Art exhibition meaningful!

Wise Earth: Art & Land in Texas is an annual group exhibition presented by Earthwise Gallery about Land and Sustainability, February 10 – March 3, 2012. The theme—Art & Land in Texas—addresses nature, culture, and food. Earthwise Gallery in collaboration with Earthwise Gardens—an urban farming initiative—brings contemporary art and sustainability together.

Earthwise Gallery presents an open call for artists from Texas along with artists working with the theme of sustainability, land, or food for an annual group exhibition, Wise Earth: Art & Land in Texas, February 10 – March 3, 2012. Artists working in all disciplines, at any career-stage may apply—including jewelry artists, craftspeople and graphic artists. Earthwise Gallery in collaboration with Earthwise Gardens—an urban farming initiative—brings contemporary art and sustainability together.
